Cardiff Model Engineering Society Building Projects

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

CMES has had planning permission for a new building and track extension for some time.

The new clubhouse is to be a steel framed brick building with modern energy saving insulation, new kitchens extra toilets including a disabled toilet, meeting room and library.
It will be a major improvement visually as well as offering improved facilities to members and visiting public.

The new track will provide an extra ride through, but not damaging, the adjacent woodland which will allow visitors to view native flora and fauna as nature intended.

In order to carry out these changes our lease needs to be amended.
Cardiff City Council has advertised the disposal of the necessary land for the extensions in the Western Mail on 1st and 8th August.
